Jill Carlin Schrager

Jill Carlin Schrager is a divorced, 64-year-old mother of four boys. She authored her earlier article for Grown and Flown (“There’s A Special Place in Heaven for Mothers of All Boys”) shortly after her separation in 2011. While Jill still lives in her hometown of New York, her boys have all moved/lived out of state – her oldest lives in Chicago, her second lives and works as a digital nomad, traveling the world as he works, her third lived in Nashville and recently moved closer to home in Brooklyn and her baby just recently moved out to LA to work on his music career. Jill recently retired as an Evaluation Consultant for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Courts and is contemplating what her future holds.
